This engagement stage is really an opportunity to get to know one another better and more formally. As we journey together in church planting we invite you to begin this next step in the process of knowing who you are and where the best place is for you to serve God. We have a value of

Please follow the instructions closely…
1. Complete the Church Planting Application. Keep a copy of your responses to be used for the future or for next steps.

2. Contact seven references and send each one a reference form. Add your name and the name of each reference on each form before you send it to them. Prompt response by you and your references is essential to timely feedback. Receiving the reference forms is necessary for completing the pre-assessment process. They are to return the reference form to our office or via email or fax.

3. Please review and sign New Work Covenant.

4. You and your spouse each complete a separate response of the 70 micro skills. You each complete the self-assessment on yourself and then your mate separately without collaboration.

5. Please provide photo of self/family.

6. Please provide a resume.

7. Provide a sermon in audio or video file. If you use email then please send them to jhayes@mtsbc.org. Following the completion and reception of these pieces we will review them and conduct a phone interview to determine next steps. If we all agree to continue then we move into the Pre-Assessment stage.
