Community Ministry Coordinator
Southside Community Fellowship is a an inner-city ministry in
Billings, MT. The majority of our members and attenders are
receiving Social Security Disability income as well as other
social services. Most of them do not have transportation to and
from church activities or to participate in church ministries
both on and off campus. Our effectiveness in sharing Christ with
a culture full of hopeless (not homeless) people depends in many
ways on our ability to enable them to be with us for worship and
discipleship. It will require a missionary with a CDL and/or a
chauffer's license. We need a missionary with great people
skills and evangelistic passion to coordinate and take the lead
in this ministry. This would require as much as twice a day and
as many as five out of seven days each week. Sharing Christ with
potential riders and focusing on encouragement as they load and
unload will be just some of the outreach possiblities of this
ministry. We expect this ministry to double the number of people
we are currently able to reach in the first year alone. |

Dining Program Supervisor
Yellowstone Baptist College, Billings, Montana, is looking for a ministry minded person or couple to supervise a small college dining program. The preparation would be for about 30 people each meal. Our weekly student meal plan includes three breakfasts per week and lunch and supper Monday through Friday each week. We have two 15 week semesters and three shorter terms totaling an additional 10 weeks.
The right person/couple will be able to design a healthy monthly menu, lead in the preparation of meals, supervise two adult volunteers and several student workers. The right person/couple will also need to have the ability to receive instruction from the college administration and work within a designated food budget, including the purchasing of food and kitchen supplies.
YBC will offer housing and utilities, as well as a full meal plan. YBC may also reimburse transportation costs following the first semester's successful completion. |

Fellowship Baptist Church
Looking for an older pastor with
wisdom, experience, and good history of a healthy and productive
pastorate to help aid a quickly-growing and expanding younger
congregation. This individual would serve on the pastoral team
of this elder-led church and provide wise-counsel and lend their
wisdom to decision making. This individual would be seen as a
leader in the church, particularly in the absence of the lead
pastor who will be working with church plants in surrounding
area. This individual will be providing pastoral care to allow
lead pastor to focus on outreach - and pay particular attention
to ministering effectively to senior citizens. The congregation
median age is 30-35 with MANY younger families and children.
However, there is only one retired individual in a church of 115
people. There are several who are in there 50s that feel out of
place because we're mostly a younger crowd. We want to minister
more effectively to the older community. This younger
congregation is eager to learn from an older pastor and benefit
from what wisdom and experience he has to offer.

Havre is the county seat town of Hill County, Montana. It is
Montana's 8th largest city (10,000) and only 45 miles from the
Canadian border. The economy is diversified with farming,
ranching, hospital and health services, education, professional
and retail businesses and the railroad. We are looking for a
missionary to help us develop a discipleship strategy for our
men, with a a goal of 50% participating in small groups, etc.
The missionary would coordinate with the pastor to also develop
an evangelism strategy that will lead our church to begin
intentionally living like missionaries in our
community/state/internationally with a goal of 25% to 50% of the
church family actively engaged in a mission opportunity. |

athletic conditioning, nutrition, tutoring, hiking and
back-packing trips, ski & snowboarding outings, day activities

Lakeside for Christ, by being a friend, mentor and counselor and
to make Lakeside Baptist Church the focal point of youth
activity in our small town ( 1800-2300 people-depending on the

shouts out His glory through His creation. An opportunity to
serve by assisting with the repair, maintenance and new
construction of facilities as needed. Thompson Lake Baptist Camp
ministers to children and youth camps as well as local church
and association retreats and events. The camp is open to the
public for weddings, family retreats and summer vacationers.
Currently the camp can handle 100 campers in the main lodge and
supporting cabins. Several RV sites are also available. Our
desire it to present a well maintained and progressive camp for
our guests while seeking every opportunity to share Christ and
His good news. |
