    ACP Reporting Tips

  • If you choose to complete the paper version of the ACP print neatly in the spaces provided on the form. Do not include commas, decimals, dollar signs, or more than one response. For example, providing a range of numbers like 45-50 is not a valid response.

  • Even if you plan to complete the online survey it is to your advantage to complete the paper form first, and then input the data online. Complete all 14 items. Do not leave any items blank.

  • Make certain all breakdown items add up to the TOTAL.

  • All financial information should be rounded off to the nearest whole dollar amount.

  • Total Giving/Receipts should be at least the same or larger than what is reported for Undesignated Giving/Gifts.

  • Total Mission Expenditures should be at least the same or larger than the sum of Cooperative Program, Annie Armstrong Easter Offering, and Lottie Moon Christmas Offering. Total Mission Expenditures should also be the same or larger than what is reported for Great Commission Giving.

  • Remember to click the “Save Responses” button at the bottom of the survey. This can be done after making just a few entries or upon completion of the survey. Resolve any potential errors that appear in the red box after entries have been made and saved. If changes are made make certain to click the “Save Responses” button again to retain the new entries. Upon completion of the survey review the entries for accuracy, checking closely for keypunch errors.
