| Hope For Homes | |

The vision for
HOPE for HOMES is to help a family turn a hopeless house into a
hopeful home. This means helping a family repair there home so
that they can have more than just a shelter (a house) but have a
place they can take pride in and enjoy (a home). Our desire is
to partner with families who do not have the means to do the
repairs themselves, to do an outside project that can improve
their homes and be completed in a week. Then help them
understand the eternal hope found in Jesus Christ as Lord.
> One of the important elements to make this happen will be the KEY PARTNER. The Key Partner will be a church or association that will agree to a three-year partnership to provide a bulk of the volunteers and a good chunk of the money to accomplish this mission. The goal is to do five houses the first year, 10-15 the second and perhaps as many as 20 the third year. > These kinds of events are critical to Park Street accomplishing our mission: "Making hope a part of the Butte's future." This event will help us earn credibility in Butte, will help us share Christ effectively and will empower our members to share Christ with co-workers, neighbors, etc. > Thanks for helping us "make hope a part of Butte's future." Five Eagles Ranch (a non-profit religious organization currently under the Glacier Baptist Association umbrella) is needing workers various equipment, supplies and furnishings to help complete Ministry Homes and Ranch Buildings as follows: Ministry Homes: Work to begin the spring of 2008 on 2 homes the first year, 5 homes in 2009, and 3 homes in 2010. Materials and labor will be donated. 2008—a 3 bedroom log home, a 3 bedroom rock home and a house boat for on the lake as a refuge also 2009—a 3 bedroom log home, 2 three bedroom rock homes and 2 regular 2 bedroom stick built homes 2010—a 3 bedroom log home, a 3 bedroom rock home, and a 2 bedroom stick built home Furnishings for these homes and landscaping plants, items and tools Ranch Buildings: A 6 stall horse barn and corrals. They are also needing much ranch equipment and supplies. Thompson Lake Baptist Camp is located about 45 miles from Libby and Kalispell in Northwestern Montana. A beautiful setting to spend the summer in. Looking for “people persons” to check campers in and out, maintain an events calendar, process mail and take care of general light maintenance issues. Very basic computer skills are necessary. RV site or housing and utilities are provided. House is unfurnished. Must provide own transportation. Asphalt Roofing Project |

Established church in Choteau, MT needs help converting a single
family residence into a ministry building for children. Second story
asphalt roof is primary need. Some painting may be available.
Responding team could bring basic “tool belt” roofing tools if
desired. Dates needed are June – August 2008 (The last week of June
and the first week of August are not available.)
Maximum Group Size:
20 people (15 would be ideal).

Church
Rebirth Construction Project |
|
|
Meadow View Community Church in
Missoula, MT is looking for a group to come and assist with their
church rebirth project. Various types of construction help are
needed to complete this 28,000 sq foot sanctuary/classroom rebuild.
Electrical, concrete, sheetrock, painting, remodeling, carpet
installation, baptistery work, carpentry and roofing are just a few.
A summer block party or sports camps may be additional ministry
options. Dates needed are May 26th – August 2008.
Maximum Group Size: 500 people.
