International Mission Board is an entity of the Southern Baptist Convention. The board's main objective is presenting the gospel of Jesus Christ in order to lead individuals to saving faith in Him and result in church-planting movements among all the peoples of the world. Founded in 1888, Woman's Missionary Union an auxiliary to the Southern Baptist Convention
that seeks to equip adults, youth, children and preschoolers to become radically involved in the mission of God. Headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, WMU is a non-profit organization that offers an array of missions resources including conferences, ministry ideas and models, volunteer opportunities, curricula for age-level missions educations, leadership training and more.
