New Work

Greg and Patty Payton:

When Greg and Patty Payton left Norman, Oklahoma with their three small children to start new church work in Montana, they had no idea what blessings were to follow. The Lord has used their heart for children's ministry to create an exciting wave of mission work at West Park Baptist Church in Billings. West Park conducts an annual Easter Egg Hunt, and this year's event was one to shout "Hallelujah" about. Expecting to hide eggs for about 1,000 people, less than 50 church members received a miraculous surprise when estimates of up to 5,000 people attended! This event allows Greg and his fellow church members to gather information that would lead to future visitations in the community.

The members of West Park Baptist Church are currently meeting in an office space, which they are rapidly outgrowing! Please pray for Greg, Patty, and West Park Baptist as they continue to reach their community for Christ.

Specific Prayer Requests:

Pray for space - pray that they will be able to find or build a new place to accomodate their growing numbers.
Pray for laborers - West Park has been able to reach out to many families, but people are needed to help minister to them.
Pray for their financial needs to be met - there is currently just enough money to pay the bills and continue present work. Pray that they will have the money to expand their ministry.
