From the Heart …

What a place to serve the Lord.  Big Sky country is as close to Heaven as it gets on earth.

God is preparing us for a mighty work among His people and in His church here in Montana.  What a privilege to serve as your Executive Director.  We have a state and associational team that is second to none and will assist our churches in any way possible.

We will spend the balance of 2008 seeking God’s direction as we rethink our strategy, budget and structure.  Please join with us as we seek to

·         Strengthen our existing churches

·         Start new churches

·         Send our churches into the mission field

Up Close …

Dr. Hewett began his service as Executive Director of Montana in February 2008.  He has previously served churches in Florida and Georgia and at the North American Mission Board in the Church Planting Group. 

He is passionate about the local church, the Great Commission and leadership development. 

Fred received his education from the University of Florida, New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and Luther Rice Seminary. 

He and his wife Cherryl have been married for over 32 years and have two grown children and one granddaughter.
